- Terri Windling has been the Editor of this web site since its inception in 1997, and Director of the Endicott Studio since 1987.
- Midori Snyder joined the Endicott staff as Associate Editor in Spring 2004, and is now Co–Director of the Studio and Co–Editor of the Journal of Mythic Arts.
She created the Endicott Studio’s Bulletin Board (2004-2005),the Endicott Blog, the Endicott E–Cards, the Crossroads section of the Journal of Mythic Arts and is the webmistress for all things Endicott.
- Helen Pilinovsky joined the Endicott staff as a Book Reviewer in Spring 2003.
- Elizabeth Genco joined the Endicott staff as a Book Reviewer in Spring 2005.
- Jamie Bluth joined the Endicott staff as a Copy–editor and Book Reviewer in Spring 2006, and is now Assistant Editor of the Journal of Mythic Arts.
- Kathleen Howard (formerly Kathleen Chen) joined the Endicott staff as a Book Reviewer in Autumn 2006.
Past
- Homeboyz Interactive, Inc., under project managers Jim Otepka and Carlotta Love created the current code templates for the Journal of Mythic Arts, and were webmasters for the Journal from Spring 2004 — Winter 2005.
- Anita Roy Dobbs, of Studio Ae, designed the current look of the Journal of Mythic Arts (with Terri Windling), and was webmaster for the site from Autumn 2002 — Winter 2004.
- Richard and Mardelle Kunz designed, proofread, and webmastered the site from 1997 — 2002, with engineering aid from Peter Brough and Christopher Latham.
- Thomas Harlan was instrumental in establishing the website in 1997, generously donating its server space and domain name registration from 1997 — 2006.

Headline type on the pages created prior to Autumn 2002 is in the Folkard font. Headline type thereafter is in True Golden, a font designed for the Kelmscott Press by William Morris, father of the nineteenth century Arts and Crafts movement. The willow pattern on the Letter from the Editor page is also by William Morris.
